Soon the Keller Williams Realty office in Ridgewood, NJ will be  located at 74 Godwin Ave, Ridgewood next to Whole Foods. Officially known as Keller Williams Village Square Realty, the company’s move is expected to happen in December, 2017, although the exact date is yet to be determined.

Currently the office is located at 257 E. Ridgewood Ave on the corner of Maple Ave.

The new space is much larger than the current office and has a private parking lot in back. The interior has been completely renovated for the 375 agents who currently work in the Ridgewood Market Center.

The building has 3 floors of finished space.

Ridgewood Real Estate Median Price Up 1% YTD

With rising inventory and modest expectations of demand growth, REALTORS® responding to the October 2014 survey expected home prices to increase modestly in the next 12 months, according to data gathered from the October 2014 REALTORS® Confidence Index Survey: http://www.realtor.org/reports/realtors-confidence-index[1].

Local conditions vary with expectations anchored on factors such as the level of inventory, the state of the local job market, and credit conditions.

REALTORS® Expect Price Growth in NJ to be greater than 2-3%.

The median expected price increase is about 3 percent. The map shows the median expected price change in the next 12 months based on the August – October 2014 surveys[2]. No state had a median expected price growth above 5 percent. States with the most upbeat price expectations (orange) include California, Washington, North Dakota, Texas, Florida, Georgia, the District of Columbia, and Massachusetts–states with strong housing markets, job growth, and economies.

Along with auctions, some families are beginning to hold estate sales purely online. In this case pictures are taken of the items, information is given about each item, and local pick up is offered so buyers can see the goods before fully committing.

Many people are interested in business liquidation sales, also considered a type of estate sale, to get first pick among pricey business furniture or an abundance of office supplies.

There are many factors involved in finding the best estate sale company, but it is an important step that should be given much attention as it could be the difference of thousands of dollars in sales. Both buyers and sellers should do significant research about the estate sales in NJ to make sure they are getting fair and competitive prices.
