According to a new report from the New Jersey MLS, Bergen County condos and townhouses experienced rising prices while single family home prices were stagnant. The 2nd quarter report shows a 3.5% increase in the median sold price for condos/townhomes versus the same period in 2013.

The sales volume for both categories was down in the second quarter, partly due to dwindling inventory in some markets.

The report gives the sales volume and price change for every municipality in Bergen County. Be sure to check the stats in your area of interest.
