It took us every bit of a year to find “the house” in Bergen County. Being from Somerset, Bergen might as well have been the Moon. Went through our share of Realtors as well but fell upon Mike at an open house in Ho-Ho-Kus, one of our target areas. He was very soft spoken but don’t let his quiet demeanor lull you into believing he is not going to work for you — Au contraire — he pulled data together on demand – and trust me – we are very demanding. I am sure his family thought we were nuts, calling him early in the AM and late at night with ideas and online listings. But at the end of the day (ore really year) and just in time to get our kids into the fabulous schools in bergen, he made it happen and we have our home. So what, you ask, is the above and beyond issue — It had to do with a swing set that we really did not need but did not negotiate the removal of — so Mike found another person – likely another satisfied client — to come and take it.
