NJMLS statistics for March 2014 vs.2013 show a drop in Solds, but with an increase in Median Sale Prices. Condo/Coop/Twh was opposite of this overall pattern. Under Contracts in all cases were down, most likely as a result of harsh winter weather early this year.

Condo/Coop/Twh (all areas):
Solds +9.09%
Median Sale Price -9.52%
Under Contracts -3.89%
Actives -14.06%
Days On Market -12.61%
