Meet Michael

Michael Shetler has been a real estate agent in Bergen County since 2005.

He’s been active in the community as a member of Rotary, the Religious Communities of Glen Rock, the Glen Rock Business Council and as a volunteer with Boy Scout Troop 27.

Married with two children, Michael and family moved to the area in 2004.

Originally from Rochester, New York, Michael attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Advertising. He relocated to the New York metro area in 1987.

Michael was first associated with two other leading brokerage offices in the area. But when the first Keller Williams office in Bergen County was being formed in 2011, he recognized the opportunity and was one of the first agents to join. By it’s second full year (2013), Keller Williams Village Square Realty had become the #1 real estate office in the New Jersey MLS (NJMLS), the primary MLS in Bergen County. It’s a leadership position the office has maintained since then.

In his client-centric approach, Michael combines his analytical skills to help buyers evaluate homes, his marketing expertise to help homeowners sell theirs, and his patient demeanor.
